Porting a number into babblevoice is extremely easy if you follow the guide below;
Ensure you don't cancel the line before we try to port.
Ensure there are no services provisioned on the line otherwise the port will fail.
At the time of typing (10/1/12) the porting fee is £24 (this figure includes VAT).
Gather the following information;
1. Losing providers Name.
2. Name and Address of client.
3. Account number at the losing provider.
4. Number to be ported.
5. Is the line multi line or single line and is it the main line.
6. Requested date of the transfer (at least 10 days in the future).
Once you have gathered this information, send an email to email@example.com and a case will be booked and allocated to one of our engineers who will then manage the transition of your number.
If the porting fails because some of the information you have given us is not correct then you could be charged another porting fee.
