Your monthly ongoing bills with us will simply reflect the number of calls you make, and the functionality you have chosen for your babblevoice system.

We will always be absolutely clear with you about your call usage.
Our micro-billing keeps a beady eye on your call levels and if they go up significantly, we will reduce your rate per minute.
Babblevoice costs are typically divided into an initial one-off payment for set-up, and ongoing monthly costs.
Each set-up is customised to your individual surgery needs. As a guide, a 'typical' set-up costs around £5,000. It covers things like a network site survey, handsets, headsets, routers, network switches, installation, and training.
We understand changing phone systems can be a daunting prospect. So, we assign each surgery with their own experienced babblevoice project manager. They will work hand-in-hand with the surgery team throughout installation until they are fully and confidently up and running.
We want to deliver an excellent phone system while keeping your costs down.
Our current surgery call rates are 1p per minute at peak times to landlines, and 4.5p per minute to mobiles. These rates include our world-class babblevoice support, maintenance, license fees and any upgrades.
As a guide, on average, babblevoice surgeries spend around £25 a month on calls for every 1,000 patients on their list.
Fixed rate option
Our pence per minute rate is the lowest cost way to pay for phone calls because you only ever pay for what you use.
